ABOUT THIS AWARD
The ERP Today “Best Use Case of Blockchain Award” is for businesses and organisations that can demonstrate how they have implemented blockchain technology to deliver a measurable and positive impact.
As with all the ERP Today awards this category will be judged on its merits and the size and scale of the project is not relevant.
Businesses wishing to enter the “Best Use Case of Blockchain Award” are able to self-nominate.
WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?
Nominations should explain how your blockchain project has solved a problem and delivered positive benefits. In addition to the commercial benefits, the judges will be particularly interested to learn how your blockchain project has impacted people and the environment, so make sure you include any environmental and sustainability elements to your submission and tell us about the impact blockchain technology is having on the human side of the business and its stakeholders.
To be considered for this award you must fulfil the criteria set out below:
- Your business must have a presence in the UK.
- The project must have completed or gone live between 1st January 2019 and 31st May 2020. (For example, if you started the project in 2018 but went live between 1st January 2019 and 31st May 2020, this would meet the criterion).
After the nomination deadline (30th June 2020) all entries will be evaluated to ensure they meet the entry criteria. Any entries that do not meet all of the criteria will be discounted. A panel of judges will evaluate all nominations in order to create a shortlist of the strongest entries. During the shortlisting process entrants, and/or those making the nomination, may be contacted for supporting or clarifying information.
The winner of the Best Use Case of Blockchain Award will be decided by an online vote at the ERP Today Awards event on 22nd October 2020 at The Brewery, London.
