ABOUT THIS AWARD

The award will be presented to the organisation that can demonstrate the deepest commitment to customer value and collaboration. We are particularly interested in submissions that showcase genuine partnerships where joint ventures, teamwork and alliances have pushed the boundaries of the possible and opened up new opportunities for value creation. It doesn’t matter whether you are a vendor, consultancy or hyperscaler – we want to know how you partner with customers to deliver outstanding outcomes. As with all the ERP Today Awards, this category will be judged on its merits and the size and scale of a project or initiative is not relevant. Overall, our judges want to understand why your customers love you and gain insight into the unique value proposition you deliver.

WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?

Entries will be judged with 60% of the score accredited to the ‘collaboration’ with 40% being weighted on the ‘value’ of the solution and the ‘benefit’ to the customer. Collaboration means a process where you and your customer worked together to design and develop a solution that is new and disruptive.

Our judges will be looking for clear evidence of a genuine partnership where you have collaborated to design or deliver a solution or service that required teamwork.

ENTRY CRITERIA

To be considered for this award you must fulfil all the criteria set out below:

• Your business must be involved with the enterprise technology sector.
• Your business must be active in the UK or Europe.
• The judging period is between 1 January 2022 and 31 July 2023.
• This award is open for self-nomination.

SHORTLISTING PROCESS

After the nomination deadline all entries will be evaluated to ensure they meet the entry criteria. Any entries that do not meet all of the criteria will be discounted. A panel of judges will evaluate all nominations in order to create a shortlist of the strongest entries. During the shortlisting process you may be contacted for supporting information.

JUDGING PROCESS

Final evaluation will be by a judging panel made up of ERP experts, senior industry analysts and media commentators. The judging panel for each award will be announced once the nomination process has concluded. The winner will be announced at the ERP Today Awards and NHS Fundraiser event at Ascot Racecourse on 14 September 2023.
