ABOUT THIS AWARD

The award will be presented to the ERP vendor that demonstrates the deepest commitments to customer success, innovation and corporate responsibility. As with all the ERP Today awards this category will be judged on its merits and the size of the vendor is not relevant.

WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?

Our judges will be looking for submissions that demonstrate completeness of vision in terms of product development and roadmap, customer collaboration that leads to exceptional value and a broad commitment to its people, society and the environment.

• You should explain how you have developed/enhanced your offering; detail new innovations, products and services; and give examples of investments you have made to extend the capabilities you deliver to customers.
• Your submission should also include details of three customer examples that highlight your commitment to customer success and demonstrate the value proposition/return on investment derived from your technology.
• Finally, you must include details of your commitment and policies towards corporate and social responsibility. Include any initiatives or projects that you have undertaken during the judging period that demonstrate your social and environmental conscience.

ENTRY CRITERIA

To be considered for this award you must fulfil all the criteria set out below:

• You must sell proprietary ERP software
• You must have a presence in the UK or Europe.
• The judging period is between 1 January 2022 and 31 July 2023.
• This award is open for self-nomination.

SHORTLISTING PROCESS

After the nomination deadline all entries will be evaluated to ensure they meet the entry criteria. Any entries that do not meet all of the criteria will be discounted. A panel of judges will evaluate all nominations in order to create a shortlist of the strongest entries. During the shortlisting process you may be contacted for supporting information.

JUDGING PROCESS

Final evaluation will be by a judging panel made up of ERP experts, senior industry analysts and media commentators. The judging panel for each award will be announced once the nomination process has concluded. The winner will be announced at the ERP Today Fundraiser and Awards event at Ascot Racecourse on 14 September 2023.
