ABOUT THIS AWARD

The award will be presented to an individual that can demonstrate exceptional talent, skill, commitment and leadership –  deserving recognition for their outstanding contribution.

We welcome submissions from a cross section of horizontal functions.

Has your country leader stepped-up and set an example for everyone else to follow? Perhaps your CMO has had an incredible year and spearheaded a ground-breaking marketing plan? Maybe, your CHRO has shown extraordinary mentorship to your employees during these tumultuous times? Does your CFO or finance leader deserve some recognition for transforming your operations?

As with all the ERP Today Awards this category will be judged on its merits and the size of the organisation that the nominee is employed at is not relevant. Our judges are looking for exceptional individuals irrespective of their employer or function.

We are not considering submissions for CEOs.

WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?

Our judges will be looking for clear evidence of how this individual has moved the needle in their organisation and your submission must include real world examples of the impact their leadership delivers. You should include details of any projects or initiatives that the nominee has spearheaded and provide evidence of any challenges that have been met under their leadership.

ENTRY CRITERIA

To be considered for this award you must fulfil all the criteria set out below:

• Nominees must be a senior leader within an organisation operating in the ERP or enterprise technology sector. This can be a vendor, consultancy, hyperscaler or niche player.
• The person you are nominating must be based in the UK or Europe.
• The judging period is between 1 January 2022 and 31 July 2023.
• The individual must be nominated by their employer.

SHORTLISTING PROCESS

After the nomination deadline all entries will be evaluated to ensure they meet the entry criteria. Any entries that do not meet all of the criteria will be discounted. A panel of judges will evaluate all nominations in order to create a shortlist of the strongest entries. During the shortlisting process you may be contacted for supporting information.

JUDGING PROCESS

Final evaluation will be by a judging panel made up of ERP experts, senior industry analysts and media commentators. The judging panel for each award will be announced once the nomination process has concluded. The winner will be announced at the ERP Today Fundraiser and Awards event at Ascot Racecourse on 14 September 2023.
