ABOUT THIS AWARD
The award will be presented to an outstanding individual at the outset of their career in the enterprise technology ecosystem. Successful nominees will be able to show clear evidence of both high performance and high potential and a strong desire to forge a purposeful career in the technology sector.
WHAT ARE THE JUDGES LOOKING FOR?
Our judges will be looking for nominations that demonstrate desire, commitment and ambition from individuals who are working towards a long-term career in the technology sector. We are particularly interested in any extra-curricular activities that the individual may be involved in that have a sustainability, environmental or D&I impact. All award categories are judged on their merits and it doesn’t matter whether they work for one of the world’s largest organisations or a small boutique consultancy.
To be considered for this award you must fulfil all of the criteria set out below:
- You must be aged 35 or under on the date that nominations close (31 July 2023).
- You must be nominated by your supervisor or line manager – you can’t nominate yourself.
- You must be UK or Europe-based for at least 60% of your time.
After the nomination deadline all entries will be evaluated to ensure they meet the entry criteria. Any entries that do not meet all of the criteria will be discounted. A panel of judges will evaluate all nominations in order to create a shortlist of the strongest entries. During the shortlisting process you may be contacted for supporting information.
Final evaluation will be by a judging panel made up of ERP experts, senior industry analysts and media commentators. The judging panel for each award will be announced once the nomination process has concluded. The winner will be announced at the ERP Today Fundraiser and Awards event at Ascot Racecourse on 14 September 2023.
