THE ERP TODAY
AWARDS & FUNDRAISER
ASCOT RACECOURSE, 23RD SEPTEMBER 2021, 12PM - 8PM
1
COVID Ascot Racecourse is a world class venue and has been at the forefront of test events during the pandemic. Despite the relaxing of rules, every precaution will be taken on the day to ensure the safety of attendees. 95% of the event is outdoors and we have a huge space that will provide plenty of room for everyone. Venue staff will be wearing masks and it is entirely your choice to do so.
2
TICKETS You must bring a printed copy of your ticket with you. The QR code on your ticket will allow you to move freely around the venue and redeem food and drinks. When you arrive you will be given a lanyard to display your ticket.
3
SOCIAL DISTANCE You will be able to choose one of three coloured lanyards to display your ticket – your choice will inform other attendees how you feel about personal space and contact.

Green – I’m ok with close contact - a hug, kiss or handshake
Orange – fist bumps all round
Red – nice to see you, please talk to me but also give me some personal space
