SAFETY Ascot Racecourse is a world class venue and every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of our guests. The event is mostly outdoors and we have lots of space but if you would prefer to wear a mask please feel free to do so.

TICKETS You must bring your activated eTicket with you. The QR code on your ticket will allow you to move freely around the venue and redeem food and drinks. If you have not yet activated your eTicket please go to https://erptodayawards.com/activate and use your unique code.

AFTER PARTY & ACCOMMODATION This year we are hosting an after party and have exclusive use of a local hotel with 230 bedrooms. If you would like tickets to the after party of accommodation these can ONLY be booked through the ERP Today Awards event website at https://erptodayawards.com/book-tickets/

ARRIVAL Doors open at 12pm. Strictly no admission after 3pm. The main entrance is directly opposite car park 3.

SEATING If you have booked hospitality you will be shown to your designated seating or tepee by one of the event hosts. If you have not booked hospitality there will be communal seating scattered throughout the venue.

DRESS Wear what you are most comfortable in. Whether that’s a Vivienne Westwood dress and heels or t-shirt and flip-flops, we want our guests to be relaxed and comfortable.

PARKING All parking is in car park 3, which is just up the road from the main entrance to Ascot, on High Street. The postcode is SL5 7JX and it is clearly signposted. Ascot train station is a five-minute walk.

FOOD AND DRINK All tickets include lunch and dinner. VIP tickets include a free bar all day.

NHS We will be hosting more than 1000 NHS front-line staff on the day. They will be easily identifiable so please take the time to say hello and thank you.

TUG OF WAR We have 32 teams involved in the event – when you arrive you will receive an event programme with a list of fixtures. Team colours or fancy dress are encouraged but not necessary.

AWARDS The awards presentation will be made on the main stage on the Furlong Lawn. Timings for each award are contained in the event programme.

FUNDRAISING The main purpose of this event is to raise money for the NHS. There will be lots of fundraising activities during the day including cocktail making, laser clay shooting, penalty shoot-out, F1 simulator, golf simulator, garden party games, and much more – every penny spent on activities goes direct to the NHS so please be prepared to get involved with as many activities as possible.
